ELIGIBITY

Who can access

the Altolio platform.

The Altolio platforms, being both Classic and Digital pathways are open exclusively to wholesale investors as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

There are three ways to qualify.

Both pathways carry the same wholesale investor requirement. Your choice of Classic or Digital is a preference about investment experience, not about eligibility.

If you qualify for one, you qualify for both.

Income Test

$250,000+ gross income in last 2 financial years

Individuals earning $250,000 or more per annum in gross income in each of the last two financial years, individually or jointly with a spouse.

Assets Test

$2.5M+ net assets excluding primary residence

Individuals with net assets of $2.5 million or more, excluding the value of their primary residence. The most common qualification pathway.

Accountant Certificate

Certified by a qualified accountant - valid 2 years

A qualified accountant (CPA, CA or equivalent) certifies that you meet the wholesale investor threshold. Valid for two years. The most common formal verification pathway.
